What lead time should I expect when Watershed is cutting my material?

Quick turn around. We typically cut the same day material arrives. We will package and ship the next business day after cutting. We have a fully equipped warehouse with shipping dock, fork lifts etc. We can even store your materials here. Prototyping and design work are longer due to the give and take nature of this process. Manufacturing lead time depends upon many factors, but you be confident that we take pride in meting your required ship dates and will do whatever it takes to make that happen.

What kind of material savings can I expect from Watershed cutting my fabric?

Material savings. If you are currently hand or die cutting, we can save you material. 5% is typical, and more is often the case. The more expensive your material, the better the savings. There are many factors in saving material, and we make use of them all! We have our own program that automatically places pattern pieces into a marker using thousands of potential combinations to achieve the best fabric usage possible.

What If I want Watershed to only cut and we will do the rest?

We are a full service manufacturer. We can pick up wherever you currently are - new ideas, just starting production, deep into production and needing to expand... Wherever you are in the process, we can help you. We will also provide whatever element is needed in your production system, whether that is cutting only, sewing or the whole package.

Is there any guarantee to your work?

Guaranteed results. We are so sure of our system that should we damage your fabric, we will buy the replacement fabric for you. We will also provide you with material yields that we guarantee. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the results of our work, period.

Are there other reasons for our company to use Watershed as a manufacturing partner?

In addition to our quick turn around, material savings, and guaranteed results, there are also fixed costs for doing business. Isn’t it nice when you know what your costs are?

Free up your available space. If you are reaching your maximum cutting or sewing capacity, you could spend a lot of money on your own space, machinery and personnel, but we already have, so you can put that money elsewhere!

We are design and pattern experts. We have trained professionals with years of combined design, pattern, cutting and manufacturing experience at your service.

Accuracy. All our cuts are performed on a Lectra 2500 CAM system AutoCutter. We control all patterns to within 1/32". Our experience says it all.
